Call Center, Quality Control Engineer

Our client in Telecommunication Company located in Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta and Surabaya, Looking for the following candidates;

1.  Call Center

Requirements:

a.    Female/Male. with maximum age 28 years old

b.    Experience as Call Center or Customer Service minimum 1 months

c.    Good interpersonal skill and persuasive

d.    Hard worker and could work under pressure

e.    Capable in Handling Complaint with Empathy

f.     Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

2.  Quality Control Engineer

Requirements:

a.    Female/Male. with maximum age 40 years old

b.    Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Multimedia or IT

c.    Good knowledge of C, C++, Visual Basic, Java and JavaCard Programming is preferred

d.    At least 1 year experience in Application Testing, Quality Control and assurance

e.    Knowledge of ISO 9001 Software Development Lifecycle is preferred

f.     Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
